I believe the Co-op website is useful. The published policies/rules are the bedrock on Co-op practises, and informs the members of their rights. Many years ago, when someone became a member of PPHC, they were automatically given copies, now they don't.
The Co-operative, as its name implies, is collaborating on a common purpose, the website facilitates this, and doesn't that empower us all. What's more, it's free.
